My Meal Plan This Week

I just chose the recipes I want to make this week.  Since I’ll just be cooking for one, these will cover, lunch, dinner and even breakfast since I get tired of sweet breakfast foods. It will only cost me $37!  I’ll probably snack on fruit and baked potatoes and have some oatmeal if I need something different for breakfast so you can add $13 to make it only $50 to eat for the next 7 days!  And I’ll be eating a lot fewer calories and more nutrients as most of these are low fat and contain very little processed foods.
